About NewStyle Digital

NewStyle Digital is a luxury-focused digital marketing and web development agency based in Wellington, FL, serving equestrian, luxury lifestyle, and elite sports brands. Since 2014, we’ve built deep roots in the Wellington International and Palm Beach equestrian and luxury markets. Our sister agency, LVL Equestrian, focuses exclusively on equestrian brand marketing.

The Role

We’re hiring an Account Manager to oversee client communications and manage social media and email marketing for our equestrian and luxury/fashion-focused client roster. You’ll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of accounts, responsible for keeping clients informed, directed, and satisfied — while also owning the day-to-day execution of their social media presence and email campaigns.

An understanding of the equestrian and luxury/fashion markets is required. This isn’t a role where brand tone can be learned on the fly — clients expect polish and industry fluency from day one.

Responsibilities

Client Account Management

• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
• Answer client calls and emails promptly and professionally
• Give clients direction and strategic input, not just take orders
• Relay and track tasks inside our task management system
• Coordinate timelines, approvals, and deliverables across internal team and client

Social Media Management

• Build and manage content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok for a portfolio of clients
• Direct content strategy — not just scheduling, but shaping what gets posted and why
• Create and manage Stories, Reels, and other native content formats
• Grow follower base and engagement across assigned accounts
• Maintain brand voice and visual consistency aligned with each client’s luxury positioning

Email Marketing

• Design and build email campaigns in Klaviyo or Mailchimp
• Manage email calendars, segmentation, and campaign performance for assigned clients

Accountability

• Log and account for hours worked per project/client
• Monitor and report on content and email performance (reach, engagement, growth, open/click rates)

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1+ years of professional experience in social media management, email marketing, or client account management
• Understanding of the equestrian and/or luxury/fashion industries — required
• Working proficiency in Klaviyo or Mailchimp for email campaign design
• Confident communicator — comfortable owning client relationships and advising clients directly
• Organized and disciplined about time tracking and task management
• Must be based in or willing to work in-office in Wellington, FL

Nice to Have

• Experience working with or around horses, barns, or equestrian events
• Familiarity with Shopify or WordPress-based brand sites
• A portfolio of content or campaigns you can show us

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $20–$35/hour, based on experience
• Paid Time Off: 2 weeks paid vacation + 7 days personal time off
