Position Overview:

As the Email and Social Media Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns across client email and social media channels. You will play a crucial role in engaging our client’s audience, building brand awareness, and driving customer acquisition and retention.


  • Manage and execute email marketing campaigns, including designing and formatting emails, setting up email flows, and analyzing performance metrics using platforms such as Klaviyo and MailChimp.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our target audience to create tailored email content and automations that resonate with subscribers.
  • Monitor and optimize email performance through A/B testing, segmentation, and audience analysis to continuously improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Oversee all aspects of social media management, including content procurement from various online sources, creating engaging posts, and scheduling content across platforms.
  • Stay informed about social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to develop and implement strategies that drive engagement and growth.
  • Analyze organic social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and provide insights for future optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.


  • Proven experience in email marketing, with proficiency in platforms such as Klaviyo and MailChimp.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, automation, and analytics.
  • Demonstrated expertise in social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to craft compelling messaging for different audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends and exploring innovative strategies to engage audiences.
  • Proactive problem-solver with strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in the equestrian industry or a similar field is essential.
